That he did so, is no longer debatable. That has been settled by law. A jury of Don Trump's peers, American citizens, three women and six men, who heard the testimony, were presented with evidence, and argument by both the defendant and the plaintiff....well, those 9 people determined that a non-consensual violent sexual assault occurred.

Not a 'rape'.....as New York law does not state that non-consensual penetration by fingers falls under the rape definition. But, is violent sexual assault nonetheless.

Is it OK for society, and for the interests of women and girls, that such men who perpetrate such assaults be held accountable?

And if so, who are the 'political opponents' that these State Legislature laws were meant to "target"? After all, the laws were crafted and passed as bi-partisan.
