Tayler Boncal, who was 21 at the time, was charged with three counts of second-degree sexual assault, even though she was engaged in a consensual relationship with her purported victim. There is a challenge to such laws already being pressed in federal court.

I have a feeling the law might be taken down a bit, restricted to teachers and students in the same school.
