I don't think rigging is the right word. Rigging would refer to some kind of manipulation to the actual votes which I have not seen evidence of in either the primary or general elections.

The DNC showed favortism towards Hillary and tried to expose Bernies weaknesses, this could be looked at as unfair, but not rigged. This is the exact same thing that was done to Hillary during the general election with Wikileaks.
