The NSA Is Using Facebook to Hack Into Your Computer

The spy agency is not above infecting networks with malware by posing as the social-media site, according to newly released Snowden files.

Your privacy is now based on the fact that they know so much, and care so little. Unless you are what they are concerned about, you are just another name on another file.

And that flavor can change in any fashion imaginable. Things like political affiliation, activism on causes, etc....

The day people are targeted for their political belief...oh, wai. That has happened.

Use your computer to find the address of the NSA data-mining headquarters, send the address out to everyone via facebook and twitter with a message for everyone to meet at that address at a specific time on a specific date, and surround the building.

The day before you leave they can email you directions, and your assigned parking space.

The NSA Spying on Americans Violates the Fourth Amendment

Michael S. Rozeff

The Fourth Amendment prohibits “unreasonable” searches and seizures. The NSA’s collection of data and metadata is unreasonable, not being based on any suspicion of an actual crime. The dissent of Justice Brandeis in Olmstead v United States, 277 U.S. 438 (1928) makes a case for privacy linked to the Fourth Amendment. Here are some pertinent quotations:

“Experience should teach us to be most on our guard to protect liberty when the Government’s purposes are beneficent. Men born to freedom are naturally alert to repel invasion of their liberty by evil-minded rulers. The greatest dangers to liberty lurk in insidious encroachment by men of zeal, well meaning but without understanding.

I know plenty of people that have either cancelled their facebook account or will not become a member. The personal questions--"where did you go to school--where were you born", etc. are getting to be a little too much.

The 4th Amendment was pre-Obama, therefore it was probably racist and not worth following

That 's a violation of the "patriot"act. They can send you to GITMO without a trial for 99 years.

The fact is that the NSA is making it easy for foreign governments to get into American computers, in government and at defense contractors.
