You belittle $5+b per year, yet headlines made for the 'freeze' that will not materialize. Seems a bit hackneyed response on your part.

It seems a little strange of you to expect me to consider the spending freeze when talking about tort reform and how much it could save according to the CBO estimates you posted.

You laugh at amounts. I asked a simple question about what is taken so very seriously regarding peanuts of savings across the board. At best you are now being disingenuous.

5 billion a year really isn't all that much. What else do you want me to say? I even stated that I would be willing to accept it as part of a health care compromise.

Tort control is everybit as unconstitutional as socialized medicine, the States control State Courts, not the Federal government, if a State wants tort controls, then get it but don't force that shit on all of us!
