Gee, funny you should mention that since doing so is part of Mueller's history. Mueller already withheld evidence proving a defendant he was wrongly going after was innocent, and Mueller sent him to jail for years anyway. It was later revealed that Mueller had unethically / criminally withheld the information and intentionally sent the innocent man to jail, ruining the man's life...and Mueller was never punished for his deplorable, inexcusable action. Even after what he had done was revealed he still, knowing the man was innocent, still claimed, 'Hoe COULD have been part of it'...but was NOT, as Mueller knew.

Mueller is back to his old 'tricks'. He has already been exposed as being part of the conspiracy, thanks to Oher, but he will not be punished.
