And it will be run by HUD! Don't you love it. Yet another Obama attempt to interject himself into the everyday life of Americans. Of course he's only helping “the poor and disadvantaged.”
I don't care what it's called. It just appears to me to be yet another attempt to put a foot in the door of private citizens.
