China has opened their economy back up and people have gone back to work.
In addition the CDC said that in 2017/18
61,000 deaths were "linked to the virus (flu)". This Is How Many People Die From the Flu Each Year

The nation is not put under lock down where everything comes to a stop during a normal flu season.

There is no doubt that urban areas have more infections as do all other enclosed places such as assisted living facilities. When the crowds in Michigan have dispersed and those who were infected by Covid 19 passed alone that virus to others, this will create a new wave of infections and deaths.

Trump's rhetoric and deeds will have severe consequences for all of us, and will go down not only as the worst president in American History but along with those Roman Emperors who were responsible for the fall of Rome.
