Look here is how I see it, this set up they have is total bs they do not tech. catch anybody they set ppl up first of all.
And as with any crime, the crime is going to happen no matter how many spy cameras we have, no matter how many cops we have, a home will get robbed, a person killed, a person raped, kids taken, drugs being done and or sold............ The only way for these acts NOT to happen is for parents to start teaching their kids how to protect themselves, and the same for women. Take Karate, gun lessons etc.

If you are the one who stops the crime, the crime often doesn't happen , if one doesn't know how to protect themselves the crime happens first and the cops come later.
