Europe was a prosperous region when all the countires had their own currencies and went their own ways.

Now they will lead the world into a 2nd Great Depression.

If it ain't broke -don't fix it.

The problem with the Euro and the Eurozone, is that you have a mixture of capitalist countries with great economies, mixed in with countries that have crap communist like economies, and 40% unemployment, with all kinds of social welfare programs, and no one
in those countries knows what paying into a tax system is all about.
You have the haves and have nots situation in Europe today.

The Euro will countinue to decline if you ask me.
Its one big Euro mess , and its gonna be hard to fix!?$$

After the end of the Cold War and the falling of the Berlin Wall - too much social experiments like theEuroZone.

NUKE GREECE!!!

That won't help because Greece isn't the problem. France, Germany, and the UK are the problem. They allowed their big government ideas to flourish in other areas and didn't keep the problem contained.

Good news for the US though. How's the Euro looking as the currency for oil trading now?

Ginscpy, how are you supposed to progress as a society without social experiments? 2 world wars in Europe the 20th century, maybe the unity experiment was an attempt to prevent a third and its been a success. And advocating nuking Greeece? Have you even been there in your ignorance? Have you met anybody from Greece?

Tieing the fate of the EURO to nations over which there are NO controls in taxation or spending was a mistake.

If you want a stable centralized species you also need a stable centralized government

You can hardly blame the UK for the Euro shitstorm, we refused to join, it has more to do with the USA and the banks.

This is true. And if you dig into it, the Euro-Zone was designed to fail so that the International Bankers who control it (IMF) can consolidate their power with an even more oppressive system and heap their losses on the average European taxpayer. You gotta' resist austerity and the Bankers like the Greeks are doing.

That sh*t's coming to the USA by the way. The North American Union and it's currency, the Amero, is already planned. Just look at the Trans-Texas Corridor.

Why else would the Federal Reserve be printing the Dollar out of existence? Because they already have it's replacement, they just need an excuse to implement it.
