She is also the criminal that people like you parade as your presidential candidate. So if you consider petreaus guilty you must consider Hilary's turbocharged egregious national security behavior to be punishable by an even stiffer sentence. Petraeus lost his job as Director of the CIA, paid a $100,000 fine and is on probation for two years. It was not a minor incident, investigators are still angry that he got a deal and felt very strongly that he should have served hard time. When initially confronted by FBI agents, David Petraeus lied, that alone is a five year stint in a federal lockup. David Petraeus revealed national secrets entirely out of self motivation and to get laid by a middle aged housewife. The guy was a major loser in my book. If you had been guilty of the same thing you would be very old before you ever got out.

Hillary has not been charged and although you might want to judge the case prior to a trial, in this country she gets her day in court first.
