The Annenberg foundation is ultra liberal
Because they promote people? Education? What would be the opposite?

It's amazing how much better the forum looks when you filter out that dad2three guy. What a spambot!
I have not voted for a repub since Bush I....When they started that evangelical christian representation and morphed into the party of God....
That doesn't even make sense. Poser. The only reason that you would 'filter' opposing views is that YOUR views are so wrong.
Socialism - We're all in this boat together, we should help each other...
A noble idea that when enforced by gov't at gunpoint just doesn't work.
Yes, and we see the libertarian wonderland where again? The closest you Klowns have are Somalia or Russia, lol
The closest you socialist BOZOs have to your "Worker's Paradise" is Venezuela and Cuba. Yeah ... let's be like them.
Well No Bubba, I'd take Germany, Sweden, UK, etc. You know most other developed nation who don't allow the 'job creators' to treat US as chattel? lol
HOW ABOUT A SPOT YOU WANT TO COPY, SINCE YOU DON'T LIKE THE WAY THE US HAS BEEN GOING THE PAST 100+ YEARS WITH PROGRESS?
I like progress, I don't feel the need for us to "copy" anyone, and I like America just the way it is. In case you haven't been paying attention, it's you who doesn't like it here and you who keeps blaming Repubs for the mess you seem to think we are in. I know no other country whose economic model I would impose on Americans (while you whiny loony leftists certainly would) so let me suggest, with all due respect, that you choose a country more to your liking and get the fuck outta mine.
Oh ... and have a nice day.

Of course, when you remove those on Social Security (you know ... those who paid for their SS benefits) from the equation, the numbers are less propaganda and more truth.
Thank you for finally making the point I and every other conservative here has been trying to get through your denseness. Venezuela has the world's largest oil reserves yet can't get it out of the ground fast enough to keep up with expenditures. Oil accounts for 96% of their export revenue, meaning it is virtually all they produce. That's what happens when you put the gov't in charge of productivity (socialism).
Old Soviet joke: "We pretend to work and the gov't pretends to pay us."

Weird, NAME the ECONOMIC system I'd want to change the US too? Yes, I prefer the POLITICAL system that most social democracies use, like Sweden, Norway, Germany, etc. ALL of who use CAPITALIST ECONOMIC SYSTEMS, lol
Conservatives fighting progress since they stood with King George in 1776
And YES, POLICY THE REPUBS GAVE US THE PAST 30+ YEARS HAS PUT US IN A SHITTY PLACE IF YOU HADN'T NOTICED!
And again, I've never promoted Socialism,
BS. I pay the same and have the same coverage except my deductibles went up a few thousand per year. I am now responsible for the first $6000/yr in costs (3x$2000) as opposed to the first $1500/yr (3x$500).
I did, however, get to keep my doctors.
You DO understand capitalism is an ECONOMIC system AND socialism is a political system? No I doubt you do!
Wrong again, Princess:
Socialism is a social and economic system characterised by social ownership of the means of production and co-operative management of the economy, as well as a political theory and movement that aims at the establishment of such a system.

Founding Fathers wanted to "Spread the Wealth"
In a letter to James Madison in 1785, for instance, Thomas Jefferson suggested that taxes could be used to reduce "the enormous inequality" between rich and poor. He wrote that one way of "silently lessening the inequality of property is to exempt all from taxation below a certain point, and to tax the higher portions of property in geometrical progression as they rise."
Interesting. Didn't they set it up so women had no vote?

You pay? Why not your employer? Are you self-employed? If so, lets hear about net costs.
He's been proven wrong many times but it doesn't even slow him down. Just like with you. The guy is still fixated on Bush and no economist is blaming Bush at this point so why don't you two get a room and knock yourselves out? After you get back from your burger flipper job, I mean.
Thanks for agreeing they wanted to spread the wealth. Not to worry though the PROGRESSIVES got the the right to vote for women along with blacks too. Conservatives fought both...
