These folks in Minnesota are as dumb as it gets. If they dismantle the Police Dept, there will be no businesses there.
Nobody would be able to afford property and/or insurance for goods if there was no police. They probably would lose
their 4 sports teams because they could not have security to protect the players. The individual leagues will demand that.

Major corporations would bail out of the city. The spooks would have to drive 20 miles for a loaf of bread, because no Grocery
would open any closer. These people have been stealing since they were old enough to crawl. Everybody, that isn't a
