Seeing-as-how the only way (it seems) to accelerate Change (being the capitalistic-country we are), is to make that Change profitable.
Several years back, Kinky Friedman offered one o' the most-creative options (I'd heard), when attempting to secure our Southern-Border: the "Five Mexican Generals Plan".
