or bought it for kids that can read . Its an adventure about a 13 year old kid that has to survive in the Alaskan wilderness with only his HATCHET . It sounds good to me as those kinda scenarios were always in my mind as a youngster as I read BOYS LIFE in the school library . Course , I grew up ruralin the early very early 60s and my heroes were the woodsman and Indians that lived in the woods from the founding and settling of America . Anyway , any reviews or thoughts and recommendations on the book ??
