These and the prepper groups in the US, which includes the president and his bugwit followers, are equivalent to the people that frantically built fallout shelters in their backyards in the 1950s. Constantly terrified and in preparation and fear of something that won't happen. I would imagine there have to be a few who bought these houses with the bunkers in the backyard and now tell their friends "see, it wasn't crazy 60 years ago after all".

It was crazy. Although the fear of a nuclear bomb was more accurate than the fear of some billion to one terrorist attack on Cowlick Oklahoma.

If these groups are not and can not be organized and structured like legally sanctioned militias they will naturally occur as armed gangs. But in your opinion are these armed gangs of fed-up citizens better than no resistance at all to the kind of Liberal tyranny which is affecting Canadians with regard to Muslim immigration?

Don't forget the earliest groups of undisciplined armed citizens to manifest resistance to British authority in Colonial America were thought of as "gangs of armed hooligans" by their Royal oppressors. These "gangs" later evolved as relatively well disciplined militia groups, then well-trained uniformed soldiers in George Washington's army.

I hadn't read or heard that. But if I did my feelings would agree with yours. What you've described are not defensive militia types but armed thugs, barbaric extremists who should be kept under strict control.

Actually I'd be surprised to learn there are such characters in Canada. But have you seen this video or some others like it?
