If it is German then it means "In the near of Berlin". Whatever it means is anyway totally unimportant for me. Anna Netrebko never supported the war in the Ukraine. She was always very clear in this context. Her "crime" is only also to be a famous Russian. She is not able to speak free because every word of her has also consequences for other people. In general Anna Netrebko never was interested in ideology and politics. That's not her business. Her business is the opera. But she hates this war. That's very clear. So you say on this strange "T-shirt" (a very sloppy piece of work) is this written in cyrillic letters. And? What means this and what is the concrete context? If it had been a message to Berlin she had written it in German. If it had been an international message addressing Berlin then she had written it in English. I guess she had not written it at all.

And by the way: I doubt that Anna Netrebko has raped German women in and after world war 2. And I could imagine she hates not only wars but she will hate also rapists.
