Senator Bernie Sanders is running for President. Unlike Democrats, Sanders has little love for corporations or capitalism. He is a pro-regulations, increase social program, tax n spend Socialist. Not "Liberal", but Socialists.

Of course, many right wingers have written the Senator off. With a public long fed on the promises of capitalism and its fear of communism, the Republicans may think Sanders is the losers choice. However, election trends and disillusionment in some 'capitalist' trade policies may actually turn Sanders into a political juggernaut. If Sanders is able to over come Clinton in the primaries(not impossible--see Obama 2008 campaign), America maybe more than poised to elect its first true Socialist.

Why Bernie Sanders Will Become the Democratic Nominee and Defeat Any Republican in 2016 H. A. Goodman

A candidate that is anti-Iraq, anti-Big Bank, anti free trade and TPP, pro-gay, pro-union populist socialist that was 2 decades ahead of his time is now running for president.

Be scared, right wingers. He only has to beat a scandal plagued Hillary in the Miss/Mr Leftist pageant known as the Democratic primary and the WH could be his.

By the way, Did I not mention Senator Bernie Sanders is a socialist?

Be afraid, right wingers, be very afraid!!

Republicans are about to be truly shocked at how popular populism is. After decades of fretting about the "job creators" the American people are hungry for someone that even talks about the working class.

I DO hope Col Sanders beats Hillary so Cruz can whip his ass.

Neither Sanders nor Billary will make it through the debates....nearly ALL of the Repubs will embarrass them

He'll do worse than George McGovern.

The funny part is even democrats know Hillary is so far left that only a SWORN Communist makes her look right of anything!

Seriously--I feel the Democrats have a distinct chance of winning the WH(say 40%)

Also, I think Sanders has a 50-50 chance against Hillary. She is more vulnerable now than in 2008. In fact, I think her poll numbers reflect her popularity and will drop as we come closer to Iowa.

Wide national exposure benefits only one person in either party and that person is Bernie Sanders. He will be the only one talking about the working class economy while everyone else tries valiantly to act populist without pissing off their billionaire sponsors. There has not been a candidate like him since the 1930s so expect the unexpected.

The far left is searching for someone, anyone, lol. Democrats know Hilly is in trouble, and I am sure some leftist is going to post a poll on here showing how she is in the catbird seat, lol.

No she isn't! Her name has her in the catbird seat, because nobody knows 3/4s of the people running. Wait a while, and wait till she has to debate anyone. Wait till EVERY democrat brings up her wealth, and how phoney baloney she is. Wait until she has to start answering questions put forth by her adversaries in the DEMOCRATIC party, let alone the republican party.

Most unaware democrats think this is a shoe in, lol. I am here to tell you, that if Hilly wins the democratic nomination, you will LOSE the Whitehouse for sure unless the republicans are dumb enough to put up Jebster, and then it is 50-50.

Believe when I tell you that the democrats are more worried about the senate then the Presidency because they have NOBODY. They need the senate to stop the republicans as they are pretty confident that if it is Hilly, they will lose.

Here is the deal.............if a conservative wins the repub nomination, they will draw 50% of blue collar union workers. They will draw 65% of the independents, and they will draw 20% of the democrats who are not far left wing. (basically old blue dogs will go repub) From the time Hilly wins the nomination, (if she does) her and BJ Clinton will be on the defensive trying to use the anti-female routine.

Here is what you are going to end up with in a nutshell................the conservative running against the democrat AND WASHINGTON control, and Hilly running for more of the same with Hillary care hung around her neck known as Obamacare; which was originally her idea. (good luck with that one libs) Also, remember that Hilly ad about who do you want to answer the phone at 4AM? Well now it is going to come back to haunt her! And how about her breaking FEDERAL LAW having her own personal server for sensitive State Department e-mails? Hell, they hacked federal government e-mails, so are we to suppose they didn't hack hers? (oh-ho, she had Norton anti-virus, good luck with selling that one too)

You libs better vote for Jebster if you are in an open primary state, or you are in deep doo. Oh wait! You might have to vote instead for Hilly to get her over the top in your primaries, lol. Decisions, decisions. Whatever shall we do!

Bernie is an avowed socialist. He admits it, and is even proud of it. Now you go ahead and even try and convince democrats (who would be easier to convince than anyone) to vote for him. This I gotta see, but if he doesn't win in the primary, you guys convince him to run 3rd party! I will be the 1st to send him 10 bucks to keep him on the ballot.

Hey, I would rather send 10 bucks to Bernie to screw Hilly, then have to send 250 bucks to Cruz or Walker to get them to win. I figure Bernie in the general means...............a total wipe out for the libs-)

OK conservatives, socialists, and communists; this is something we can all agree on eventhough politically for different reasons. Repeat after me......RUN BERNIE RUN, RUN BERNIE RUN!!!!!!!!! Hey, I am just trying to heeeeeeelp you-)

Meh. I doubt there's a single conservative who's afraid of Col. Sanders. Like Trump, he's only in the running to provide some "clown factor". Except Trump knows he's a clown and being rich and bored, he's putting on a show for us.

Sanders on the other hand, is clueless. He thinks he's a serious contender for the presidential election, and earnestly believes that after two terms of Obama, this country actually wants to move further to the left. I take him about as serious as those clowns from the CPUSA, who keep running every election. Or better yet, I see him as much of a serious candidate as I do Vermin Supreme, who is also running this time.

I will never take any socialist serious, because the entire concept of Socialism is based on deception and the fallacy of redistribution of wealth.

Name one Socialist country whose people aren't poor, cold, and hungry. If you name one, I can name ten which were failures.

Neither Cruz nor Sanders will ever get anywhere near the oval office. Americans are not in the mood to elect any more nutjobs.

Name one country where Socialism was a success, and is still the primary political system in power. If you name one, I can name ten which were failures.

He's more of a European style democratic-socialist, you would know that if you paid attention, his politics are quite popular and effective in Europe. He's not a classical socialist that wants to abolish private property and nationalize everything, he just thinks that the focus of a nation should be on the most numerous segment of society, the working class, rather than the rich and connected.

In case you haven't noticed, European-style Socialism is only days away from collapsing. Think Greece.

Not only that, their borders are being flooded with Muslim immigrants who are refusing to integrate into society. Upper-income earners burdened down with high taxes are also moving their money elsewhere, or just pulling out altogether.

There are no perfect systems. We have our own problems and resorting to the same old trickle down bullshit is not doing the trick, time for something different.
