Unfortunately for him, most Americans would never approve of his plans, so it is necessary to keep blaming Bush for the state of things. Obama and the far left want helpless, hopeless people. He can blame Bush all he wants, but the press needs to ask him why the country hasn't turned around yet when it always has, even after the Great Depression. Pardon me--but I don't believe the forecast of that graph. Even the narrowing of the B.E. Tax cuts tend to suggest a trend that the makers of the graph wanted to negate in their forecasts. I doubt that is the rational trend, instead it should continue to narrow,that is if the B.E. tax cuts even contributed to the deficit during the Obama era.

Obama's presidency has been an abject failure. That based on his campaign promises. Promises HE made during his campaign.
Promises such as ....Closing the Gitmo prison.
Readjusting the economy to work not from the top down, but in his words "the bottom up"....Promised to keep unemployment UNDER 8% .
Promised to save hundreds of thousands of jobs with the stimulus.
Promised his administration would be "transparent".
Promised to "put America back to work".
The economy has gone nowhere since Jan 2009. Though the recession has officially ended, less than 2% annualized growth in the GNP, is nothing to celebrate. In fact it downright sucks.
Home values have plummeted to the point where 10 years of home equity has disappeared. In many major markets, tax values exceed market values. That means people are being taxed on a property that is not worth what their local government is taxing them.
This is because the federal government refuses to allow the market to correct itself.
In other words if the market does not bottom out, it cannot recover.

The only thing that has changed in recent days or since the announcement of Paul Ryan--is that it forced Barack Obama to back off of birth control pills--abortion--and he is now FORCED to talk about a BUDGET and a National deficit of 16 trillion--something he is going to lose at.

NO DEMOCRAT voted for Obama's budget. Not a single one.
