By The Department of Homeland Security's own addmission they say that they only catch 30% of the criminals that come over the border. So, 70% of the criminals are not caught at the border with Mexico. The illegal aliens may be caught in your state committing a heinous crime on an innocent American victim.
These crimes don't begin and end in Texas they end up in your state too. DHS says, "Our borders have never been more secure." Isn't it time we closed the Southern border to protect America? Why yes it is!
