Texas Governor Rick Perry Killed a man in 2004

Very disingenuous attack Dogshit!

Not at all. Governor Perry had evidence the man was innocent and shunned it. The death is on his hands.

Fail. The last I knew, juries were in charge of finding guilt, not governors.

But juries do not execute. They find guilt based on the evidence given them. Is it their responsibility when evidence is withheld from them or false evidence is given to them by the Executive Branch of the State government?

If the system is set up so the Governor can stop a wrongful (or questionable) execution, it is completely his responsibility if a wrongful or questionable execution takes place on his watch.

This, "He's on my side, so I must defend everything he says or does" is pathetic, no matter which side it comes from.
