Texas AG to ignore the court on abortions.

You would force the women to birth and raise the children of those who raped them. And threaten them with prison if they refuse.

Some would, not all. We are in the dust settling phase of the Post Roe United States.

On the other hand people like support abortion up to the last second of pregnancy for any reason.

No, the process would be an appeal to a higher court, not a threat for people caught in the middle.

The higher court or this court would handle the situation. Still in the courts.

Now lets see if the doctors truly believe in what they believe.

If he doesn't have to abide by the law and the courts, then why does anyone else?

Snatch his ass up and lock him up in a basement somewhere.

Same for the Blue State legislators, AG's and Governors continuing to ignore Heller and Bruen?

Asking for a friend.

So why does this AG have to weigh in with his threats?

Looking for a volunteer to risk their career and freedom for an ideology? What is the AG risking? Nothing.

The doctors should see it as a badge of honor to be picked for this fight if they believe in Abortion on Demand so greatly.

Isn't that what Civil Disobedience is all about when you think laws are unjust?

MLK risked all.

MLK was murdered by a Rightwing, Southern racist. Not really a good incentive to follow in his footsteps.

What Civil Disobedience have you engaged in that might have cost you your career, life savings, and prison?

For the Cause. These Doctors should relish the chance to be martyrs to the holy god of fetal death.

If things get bad enough, my disobedience won't be civil.

You're a brave (bravado?) man, asking others to do what you have not done.

I don't believe in something that big as they evidently do.

If they are so sure they are in the right, dare the State to prosecute them.

That's the point of civil disobedience.
