I'll go with Randi Rhodes- also last in HS grads over 25, % insured, #48 in employer insured and % women voters, #6 for women in poverty, #1 in home schooled- a MESS.
And the Cowboys fans are worse than the Cowboys.
Just imagine how much lower Texas would be ranked if they didn't have strong housing regulations stemming from the S&L crisis, exogenous oil shocks, and military contracts.
Good thing Perry is there.
Texas is number one in lots of things.
