The part I put in quotes was a restatement of something auditor said. It is some of the most fucked up logic out there that says if you give up something, you don't have less of it.

And they like to say they are "asking" the rich to give up a little more. That's so they don't have to be honest with themselves and admit they are taking the money by force.
