The alleged getaway driver in a deadly Oklahoma home invasion feels guilty for her part for planning the break-in, but little compassion for the man who killed her friends.
Elizabeth Marie Rodriguez turned herself in following the fatal incident that left three of her friends dead. She’s facing multiple charges of first-degree murder and burglary and was being held at Wagoner County Jail without bond.
“I understand (the son) protected his home,” she told KOTV from the jailhouse. “He had his rights.”
Still though, he could have shot at their legs instead, Rodriguez said.
