Having had rather a lot of sex, often times I've been really into a person, spent hours giving pleasure to them getting off from them getting off, but then when it's time to reciprocate been underwhelmed. I try to make allowances for I'm just much more comfortable with bodies and sex and such, but there's also been a fair amount of 'this shouldn't have gotten sexual.'

At this point, I'd rather have a very close emotionally intimate relationship with someone than another blaise' sex-based thing.

Both can be really good. Clearly everyone has their preferences but some of the best sex I have had has been fast and frenetic- and some of it has been slow....excruciatingly slow. Some of it has been when I am entirely the receiver- and sometimes when I am the giver.
