1. That's never been the case before.
2. That was personal $, not campaign $, which is a requirement.
3. There is far far more evidence that it was done for his personal reputation as he was not even a candidate when it happened.
4. Cohen did it, not Trump.
5. A valid NDA is in place, prior to his campaign, negating any claims that it was for anything but personal reasons.
6. The FEC / DOJ who are responsible for such acts both declined and didn't think there was a valid case. NY has no standing. This judge is a loon and should have recused as his daughter got $4,000,000 from Schiff / Democrats.
