He was blaming it on capitalism. NASA has had failures too, like I said.

I think you are seeing what you want to see. It seems to me he was defending the explosion by pointing out that NASA had similar problems early on, wished private companies luck, and then pointed out many will fail. Which happens all the time in any industry.

Private companies have been at it for a long time, they aren't new to it. The company may be, I don't know, and it may be something they did wrong, or a defective part or whatever but capitalism isn't the issue.
