BBQ is this weekend. You buy about a 5-10 lb whole pork loin. size deopends on how big the crowd is. Pressure cook it till done, time depends on weight. Drain well. at least 20 min. drench in your fav BBQ sauce and herbs, etc. put on grill still mopping on sauce till good and brown. The pressure cooking opens up the grain of the meat allowing the saue to penetrate and guarantees that the meat ie pork is well cooked and safe. It also removes a lot of the fat. Quite yummy and tender. You now have one of my BBQ secrets. More to come as the BBQ season progresses.
