Pamphlet's been misquoted. Wasn't advocating pedophilia or incest. People that translated it from German either didn't know German very well, or didn't care about misrepresenting it.

A more accurate translation and explanation here:

"The booklet is real and it is true that it has been withdrawn after complaints. However the translation in the article is a bit misleading.

My own rough translation from the booklet with a little context:

In contrast the vagina and especially the clitoris receive hardly any attention through naming or caressing touches (neither from the father nor from the mother) and make it more difficult for the girl to develop pride in her sexuality.*
(* Although "sexuality" is a reasonable literal translation, it's actually closer to something like "the quality of having a sex/gender")

I understand how that can be seen as an unfortunate somewhat ambiguous phrasing but the real text is not quite as sinister as the article claims. I can't comment on the next alleged quote...

A reminder most likely. Your translation does not thrill me for anyone to be pushing out as policy either but I appreciate you putting it in there. Other than some sort of abuse to a child other people have no place dictating how another should be raising their children. That it is a normal thing to have a parent being aroused by their children is such utter bullshit. Maybe that applies to the sicko's in this world but it is not normal.

The approach is still more than viral.. Presently the green lead state government of Wuerttemberg is pushing a sexual education plan for little school kids (really, 6 to 9 year old children), focussing on sexual techniques, promoting homosxuality and encouraging children to engage in physical exploration of each others body parts. Just to name a few essentials.
There are regular protests in Sturrgart of concerned parents. No, they are not religious zealots, a lot even atheists, it is just about objecting the oversexualisation of little children.

It's becoming more and more insane.
