A cop empties the clip into the back of a 50 year old black man as he is slowly running away and if there was no video of this the cop would still be a cop.

Something is wrong and these are human beings. How loudly do they have to scream before someone acknowledges something is wrong. The bad cops need to be gotten rid of. The good cops retrained.
