Oddly enough, many other cultures lack the same prudish view of human nudity. Living in Europe, I often frequented the "nudist" areas provided for activities ranging from tennis to sunbathing and swimming. Many sports facilities provided clothes-optional areas, too. Those who were disinclined to run around bare-assed nekkid could visit the areas reserved for those who prefer clothing. Many families frequented the nudist areas and I never saw children reacting other than like such situations were totally natural. I'm not sure how "relaxed" these children were about sexual issues, they seemed quite normal and well socialized in other social situations.
