I told that stupid bastard to stop dipping.
Have they done any water quality tests? There's a section of the San Jacinto river outside of Houston that has signs warning people not to eat the fish or crabs from that area.
Yet you see mexicans down there catching and keeping the fish on a regular basis.
I wont even run my boat in the area due to the scum that builds on the hull.
