Skip Bayless Expresses Support for Kaepernick in Debut Show: ‘This Needed to Be Said’

I find it amusing that people scream for him to be fired and burn his jersey. But the NFL players that beat their wives, beat their pregnant girlfriends or rape women are, apparently, ok to have on the team. None of their jerseys get burned.
Then go burn the jerseys of NFL wife-beaters. Doesn't change anything about kaperdick insulting all Americans with his ignorance.
You need to address separate issues separately.
how do you know they haven't. Hell the kid beater in Minnesota is still playing ball. WTF?
Fine. Doesn't change a thing about kaperdick.
other than you have no idea why his jerseys are selling. barbecuing is still going on, perhaps they needed log starters.
Take it up with those buying the jerseys. Doesn't do anything to qualify kaperdick insulting all Americans.
:meow:

I give two shits what the punk did. He will get his kick in the face when he gets cut. But the most probable reason for the uptick in sales is log starters.

it seems the dude agrees with me and doesn't know it.

Skip Bayless is a joke. I thought everyone knew that.

Beating wives, girlfriends and raping women doesn't have a thing to do with the Pledge of Allegiance. Disrespecting America and blaming the action on anything in the world is a cop out. The disrespectful shit stain should have his uniform burnt with him in it. It's people like him and his supporters that are dragging this country into the sewer.

That is why there is a 1st Amendment. So people cannot be burned alive for their opinions.

You guys keep using the 1st Amendment strawman. Nobody says he doesn't the right to make his statement.

I don't agree with you not keeping issues sorted.

Now this actually was a fairly moving and heartfelt expression by someone in the media concerning the recent Colin Kaepernick protest...

I don't watch sports or anything sports-related, however, if Colin K. got this sort of discussion going in the sports world, he's doing the Lord's work in my estimation.
What does that sorry ass football player's repugnant action have to do with the Pledge of Allegiance. The NFL should be forced to ban that sleazy skidmark for life. Actions like his inspire people like ISIS.
And what was the purpose we fought in vietnam? So people could be free? which includes people saying things we don't agree with, no?

People have the right to free speech, but everyone else has free speech rights to slam on the idiot that shared his free speech, too, right?

Its kinda like the case with Paula Deen, remember her??

I wonder if Skip or Kaepernick have ever considered the half million young white men who died in the civil war to free the slaves? That would be roughly the equivalent of five million today. I also wonder if they are aware that roughly 8,000 young black men are murdered each year in America, not by cops but by other young black men.

If you show that your Allegiance to America is not true then maybe one should try a different country to live and work in. If one has a problem with any part of the way people conduct themselves in America maybe one should go on a tv talk show or hold a news conference. If you're disrespectful to the ways of another's profession or job then try doing what they do. If an athlete feels like sitting on the bench, let him sit there.

I can't see into the mans heart but I suspect Kaepernicks actions have more to do with self promotion than any major concern for people of color in America. This one action has gotten him more attention than anything he accomplished on the playing field to date.
You're making a judgement call, so in essence, claiming to see into the man's heart.

I am not upset about this childish tantrum the idiot jock had to pull. I've been asking the question: WTF does the Pledge of Allegiance have to do with anything this mindless cripple is protesting? To not render the proper respect is merely showing disrespect for the Flag, the Nation and every Citizen. This was not the time or place for this type of demonstration. Why can't you disrespectful jerks get that through your dense brains?
I agree with his protest of police brutality from a minuscule amount of the total police forces but not by using the flag to highlight the situation. And I refuse to accept any stupid ass reasoning from the mindless crowd.
Well that's your business.

In the meantime, you will take it, and you will LIKE IT!!!
