Since Mexico Has Universal Health Care, Why are So Many Mexicans Leaving to Enter America Illegally?

Mexico has universal health care. It has no death penalty. Marijuana, though technically illegal, is legal in practice and readily available in most parts of Mexico. Mexico has free public education (although, gasp, proof of Mexican citizenship is required to attend Mexican public schools!). In recent years Mexico's abortion laws have been liberalized substantially. Mexico has a mandatory social security system, so all Mexicans receive some kind of retirement pension. Etc., etc., etc.

So why are tens of thousands of Mexicans leaving Mexico and entering the U.S. illegally every year? What gives?
tens of thousands every year?.....
Why do Americans go to Mexico for health care?
they mostly go for the cheap prescriptions...

I have a question..............................how do you know how many jobs you need to have the government policies create before changing tax rates, if you do not know (within reason) how many people you have? What good is creating 10 million jobs, if the younger people coming online add up to 9 million, and you close your eyes and let 3 million more enter? That means you have a net loss of 2 million able to find employment!

Simple math that anyone can do, tells us we are screwing fellow Americans for foreigners; and it isn't about some evil employer sending his business overseas; oh no, it is about businesses right here having to much labor to push compensation lower, because some support allowing non Americans to infiltrate the country.

And so I ask.............what is the REAL liberal position? We should demand that employers hire only Americans, then rub our hands together like good libs and claim problem solved? Wait a sec, this means that all those Americans you just got jobs now have to pay for the welfare for the illegals to sit at home and watch Jorge Ramos while making anchor babies that will drain the system more from actual Americans.

Or, do you claim to want to keep status quo and allow illegals to take jobs and push compensation down because of to much labor?

Or, are you willing to close the border, start some deportation, and push labor compensation up?

So if you choose the last choice, then you better not be voting for ANY democrat currently in the Presidential primary, because all of them are for virtual amnesty; all about keeping their power instead of being about your job, compensation on that job, and America as a whole.

Here's a little hint when it comes to presenting Mexico or Latinos in a less than positive light: DON'T. According to pro illegal alien, open border liberal brain washed drones, you are a "hater" and must be silenced. That is their ace in the hole. Don't expect a honest logical cogent response from those liberal zombies. Great question, good post.
thats very true with many of the pro-illegal crowd out here, especially with their activists....you do anything to try and keep them out,you are a racist fucking bigot lowlife sub-human.....

Canada has universal health care. It has no death penalty. Marijuana, though technically illegal, is legal in practice and readily available in most parts of Canada. Canada has free public education (although, gasp, proof of Canadian citizenship is required to attend Canadian public schools!). In recent years Canada's abortion laws have been liberalized substantially. Canada has a mandatory social security system, so all Canadians receive some kind of retirement pension. Etc., etc., etc.

So why aren't people leaving Canada in droves every year to come to the U.S.? What gives?
Canada is on par with the US with basic living conditions,if Mexico was like their northern neighbors we would not have this problem....

True. But never mind focusing on mexico, haven't you heard a bunch of people are running around on the sand on the other side of the planet?

I don't think the RWers are serious about immigration or gun control. RWers can today fine every single farmer and developer who uses illegal construction worker. But as we all know the Romneys and the Trumps desperately need the illegal laborers. So they only take anti immigration posture, in reality they get rich off illegal laborers.

As for gun control measures on the right, the less said the better. Gun ownership is a funny thing: It culls its owners. Gun owners are more likely to die in suicides and through gun accidents or in rare cases actual gun violence. But let's not talk about gun control with the right lest they might think their 2nd Am rights are jeopardized.
Well, I can't speak for anyone but my self. I have been hurt by illegal aliens and that is a big deal, and I don't like people that have little or no knowledge of this relegating all opponents of illegal immigration as extremist rightist fascist hater racist. That is just something to salve the conscience of those that blindly support illegal aliens like someone whistling past the graveyard. I have seen the harm guns do, and we really need to get real about THAT, too. I have had someone threaten me with a gun, too. We need to stop the insanity of illegal immigration and guns...Funny, isn't it?

Begin by fining employers of illegals.
Begin by demanding ban on guns in public places.

Will you do that? Yes or no? This will tell us if you really are serious about ending illegal immigration.
Begin by demanding ban on guns in public places.
a Question.....how does this affect illegal immigration?....

It isn't a corrupt third world overpopulated under resourced drug cartel violence ridden economic Chernobyl. Just guessing here.
Oh wow, you just gave several actual reasons why Mexicans come here. Maybe you can get in touch with the OP and have him change his completely retarded reasons to those you mentioned.
This single post bothered me, so I revisit it. Mexico, and hence, Mexican culture itself IS corrupt. It seems like America has become the default fallback position for Mexicans fleeing their own culture. Is Mexico a mess politically and economically in a civil war fueled by narcotics? ( El chapo controlled the prison he was put in...) WHO is RUNNING MEXICO and who's fault is THAT? Do we HAVE to take their political/economic refugees? A few, yes. But not ALL of them. Especially the illegal immigrants. And lately we just enable these buggers to do everything BUT acclimate. (Not making things better). Mexican culture seems to be more like a black hole than a positive force in the world , let alone American society. It eats up resources and doesn't return anything but more Mexicans. Enough sanctuary. Mexican illegal/ immigrants may work hard as migrant labor. Instead of immigrating, Mexicanos can try to work just that much harder to destroy the corruption and evil that has swept their country.
