Should the law in america be based on the Bible and God's law of course within the framework of the constitution?

No, it should not.

You said "within the framework of the constitution", but the US Constitution forbids laws being made based solely on biblical dogma or scripture.

Besides, the US population is roughly 70% Christian. That means 30% is not.

No.

Both human law and God's law is written primarily to protect people's safety, property, and since the enlightenment, rights. God's law does that also, so there will be a lot of overlap.

But dietary restrictions in the old testament, keeping the Sabath holy, restrictions on sexuality, bans on other religions, etc. would not fit under our Constitution at all.

Obama and Biden have already proved that laws don't mean shit and can be ignored whenever a Democrat sees fit. All the goodness and religion in the world isn't going to change our Democrat bigots. They have no integrity. Back to MAGA

You said the Bible.
The cathechism of the catholic church is based on bible + tradition, that is more new testamentical then only restricting it to the old testament rules. But it is implied there are lots of rules from the old testament as well, like the ten commandments. I dont know how protestants see it, but orthodox have a similar chatechism and rules. I think maybe we should use orthodox cathechism since is mor nowadays "orthodox christian" then anything else.

ya, like thou shalt not steal
or thou shalt not lie,
No other god's before me like joe biden,
Idol worship like jerry jones other nfl stadiums
How about adultery

Wow, Religions figured out those things are wrong.

They haven’t figured out Capital Punishment is wrong, advocate eye for an eye punishment, torment homosexuals, have women as second class citizens….

Adultery is the death penalty ... only sex within marriage could be allowed in movies and TV ... wouldn't that be boring ... divorcees couldn't hold public office ... so no Donald Trump ...

On the bright side though ... "Let your women keep silence in the churches: for it is not permitted unto them to speak; but they are commanded to be under obedience as also saith the law. And if they will learn any thing, let them ask their husbands at home: for it is a shame for women to speak in the church." -- 1 Corinthians 14:34-35 ... and that's a NEW Testament judgement ...

In a nation like the OP ... we can beat women to death if they speak, like Saudi Arabia ... is that what we want? ...

The Laws here and in other Christian-dominated nations are based on Christian principles. So to answer your question. Yes.
