First of all, Identify the Weapon used. If it was a handgun or a sport rifle, look at other things. Next try and find out who did the actual shooting. Blaming any one group at this time is rediculous. It could have been an extremist leftist or an extremist rightist trying to get blame one the left. The FBI is speaking out of school on this one. They don't have enough evidence to make any comment other than the time,place and that the firing actually happened.
