"Free" healthcare...citizens had to visit her off of the streets to assist her as she died with a little more dignity. Sick. RIP. She had a life-threatening condition yet waited for hours to get help at St. Joseph’s emergency department. Days later, she died.

It's paywalled but it shows her picture, she looks and sounds like a nice lady and surely, most definitely, is too young to die. We have long waits in this country in the ER, sounds like the hospital was negligent in noticing her condition.

Negligent, understaffed, overworked, stressed, among many other factors that do not ensure our best stay in Canada.
