Obama Pitched A Higher Minimum Wage At A Shake Shack, Now They're Considering Replacing Workers With Robots

"In New York, 1,000 restaurants have closed thanks to their minimum wage hike, with workers also working fewer hours and taking home less pay. In Montgomery County, Maryland, 47,000 jobs could be cannibalized by 2022 if they decide to hike the minimum wage to $15/hour. It’s bad policy, but Democrats think it makes for good politics, even though the middle class and white working class whites aren’t looking to be locked into minimum wage jobs to provide for their families.

Still, former president Barack Obama thought minimum wage hikes were a good idea. Of course, he did. And he pitched his plan while visiting Shake Shack in D.C. 2014."

Obama. Now, would you like fries with that, or does
    this complete your order?"

    lol at plain bullshit.

    Straight from the article:

The Empire State lost 1,000 restaurants last year and the number of jobs as cooks, servers and dishwashers grew by an anemic 1.4 percent.

Wow imagine that, 1000 restaurants supposedly close, but more restaurant jobs than ever. Additionally not in the article - THEY GET PAID MORE TOO.

Please provide the number of hours worked - increased / decreased - for each worker.

Liberals' idea is to increase the pay of menial jobs rather than create / foster an atmosphere to create/bring back higher-paying full-time jobs.

Millionaire lib politicians think they are doing the middle and lower class workers / people a favor by getting increasing the pay of their part-time jobs (originally intended for seasonal out-of-school kids rather than adults trying to support a wife and kids) increase a couple of bucks.

Instead we are seeing more businesses going to kiosks as a result.

So you don't have the information to further support YOUR claims. Got it. Thanks.
