Just curious. How do you reconcile the above statement with your previous one?Then charge him with an illegal possession of a firearm. That's irrelevant to whether it was reasonable to use deadly force in his situation when he didn't know who was entering the house.
So if you ever been convicted of a crime, you never have the right to defend yourself? Come on man.
nor should the force used by the defender be greater than the force used by the "aggressor"
He used way greater force than did the aggressors.
