Well Roe's not really the law, but rather it's Casey v. PP. The restriction has nothing to do with the womens' health in early pregnancy. The Roberts court will allow Bible Humper states to regulate doctor performed abortions, but women will avail themselves of pharma products, and Bible Humper states will disallow any abortions that are not pharma assisted.
