A take on SB-1070, while many of you have your thoughts here, after giving this some thought, if the court should side with the state of Arizona in this matter, does it then become a campaign issue for President Obama and likewise Mitt Romney. Let me explain, one would think that the latino community would if the court sided with Arizona be even more likely to look to President Obama and less likely to Mitt Romey, and likewise should the lower courts decision be upheld then in my humble opinion if becomes less of an issue.
