2 standard bricks of cream cheese 1 lb of Italian saugage (spicy) 2 cans Rotel Salsa or something similiar Brown sausage while melting cream cheese in another pan Drain salsa (very important!) Mix it all together thoroughly over low heat and enjoy. Microwave or skillet reheat. Sounds questionable, but it ROCKS!! Best with Rosarita chips, or something similiar. Stay away from using lime-flavored ones.
