The underpass to the Getty just as you get off the freeway is a homeless camp. The bums have a unique way of disposing of waste. They shit in buckets then dump the buckets in the middle of the street. The cars get it on their tires and roll the crap away on the undercarriage.

Try telling someone that doesn't live there. After an unfortunate incident with homeless beggars at the gas station at Cadillac and LaCienega I moved to a gated community in Orange County.
