Cali is already broke lmao

If you think this is free you are what is wrong with this Country, this is exactly what Sanders wanted to bring in giving the false impression it is free.
Peopel who have minds the size of a seed, can't comprehend that free college is paid for by EVERYONE and now your pay check will be even less, and if you don't work and think you can get thorugh life with ot working gets you off the chipping block don't worry some day mommy won't be there and someday daddy won't be there.......................... now that 200.00 a week check turns into 100.00 with all the other added taxes.

Yet more typically idealistic but real world stupid behavior by libtards.

California is, as the OP points out, BROKE. THEY HAVE NO MONEY AND ARE IN DEBT.

THESE CLASSROOMS WILL NOT BE EXPANDED TO HANDLE THE ADDITIONAL STUDENTS, so the level of education will be minimal value.

And the perpetual never-graduating student types will sign up for all these classes that they think that they might want to finish completely unhindered by any costs involved, so it will be hugely worse than even what I am suggesting.

And the tax-on-the-rich payment scheme wont work as many of them will simply move from the state. Richa people can and often do that sort of thing to avoid tax burdens.

This is not only ignorant, stupid and completely motivated by a pandering political demagoguery but it will hasten the fiscal collapse of the state of California.

They won't ever figure out their pay checks pay for it too, and more so than the rich will. The education level is already to low, and as you mentioned the quality of education will be very low , just like Obamacare would have been like Veteran care it would suck.

I'm sure the taxpayers won't like it either.

Nothing is free and the taxpayers of Cali will be picking up the tab for the "free" education.

Notice to students: while on campus, if your book or backpack fall on the floor, kick it to Oakland, and then bend over to pick it up.

I'm not sure how that's going to pan if Cali insists on this sanctuary state thing and loses funding (being seriously discussed.)

They seem to think they can manage without Fed funds, maybe we'll see if they can put their money where their mouth is...
