Saggy Pants Law

What other forms of fashion to do you statist twats wish to criminalize? Dumbass control freaks.

You do this libtard shit everytime. Pretend like you dont know whats being talked about. And I'm not a soldier just someone sick of you racist black filth.
I don't pretend about anything, you need to be able to backup your statements.

Earlier I asked you, what part of the Constitution is this? You didn't respond.

Is there any reason why?
You mentioned the constitution ya lying racist.

What's the Constitution got to do with this?

Sounds like they want to repeal the law so the criminal with the gun would have gotten off safe and allowed to commit his crimes.
Many are too cowardly to tell some punk ass to pull his pants up and be a man.

Or many simply realize it's none of their business how other people dress.
It's a reflection on the culture and society. Dressing like queer prison punks isn't a good role model for young men. I wouldn't let my son dress like that.

And that's fine, because it's you and your son. It's different to make it enforceable by the state.

I find the saggy pants trend to be both ugly and ridiculously impractical. I'm not authoritarian enough to want to use the force of law to prevent it, though. Besides, I am certain that various fashion choices I've made over the years are ones which the same sorts of people who want saggy pants to be illegal would happily also make illegal.
When your crack or your underwear is deliberately showing, it should be against the law.

Yes, that's important, because....um....because...wait, why is it important? Because you don't like how people wear their clothes?

THAT'S why I try to imagine people naked.

Correct. I don't like young men walking around in public with their underwear and butt crack exposed like prison queers. I think we as a society should do better.

The guy illegally carrying a gun shot himself causing his death......GOOD!

Where did he get the gun?

Was he carrying illegally? I didn't see anything about it in the article.
Being one of the pants below the ass group adds are good he was illegally carrying, in spite of the BoR's.
People without saggy pants are carrying also..
But you can carry a machete in those baggy pants. Why some kids strut around so stiff legged.

I am, and that's why I'm asking. You can't explain it because the Constitution has absolutely nothing to do with this. You just tossed it in for effect.
You are proposing a law that is unconstitutional jagoff, that's what the Constitution has to do w/it.

Or is all the self-professed conservative PRETENSE for holding the constitution reverent over and done away w/now?

Clearly that's the case, especially since Trump.

Okay, then please point to the part of the Constitution that this law violates.

Probably the same 1960's SC decision that determined that rules of dress and hair length for public school students had to be loosened. Boys couldn't be kicked out of school for refusing to cut their hair. Girls could not be required to wear skirts.

Baggy pants laws are like burka laws. Not in our country.

Ding, ding, ding. We have a winner. Someone has a brain. The teen was carrying a GUN ILLEGALLY. First of all people under 21 can not own handguns, and certainly can not carry them. He may actually have had a prior criminal record that would prohibit him from owning a gun even if he was an adult.

This is not about pants. This is about a kid carrying a gun most likely with the intent to commit a crime. This cop put a stop to that.
