Theocracy would be a government whose laws are determined by religious beliefs. This is it, in spades.

Laws in every government have always been largely determined by "religious beliefs", that doesn't make a government a theocracy. Forcing people to conform to a certain religion or religious beliefs is. You progressives want to force your beliefs onto everyone, even if they are largely atheist beliefs, it is still a religious belief. This court decision has essentially declare there shall be no atheist theocracy in our country. Too bad for you progressives that wish to impose your beliefs on everyone else.

The left is continually lying through their teeth with these asinine claims. The buisness has done NO SUCH THING WHATSOEVER. They impose exactly NOTHING on their female employees. What YOU are demanding is imposing. You demand that they provide a specific product. THAT is imposing.

Unfortunately for you, they have rights. In this instance, the right to not have the government come in and impose requirements that go against their religious beliefs. The woman has not been denied anything at all.

The business does not have to supply someone with anything that they demand whatsoever beyond the agreement that the employee and the business has reached with their employment. Should she want healthcare that covers things Hobby Lobby is unwilling to provide she may get that coverage without Hobby Lobby. When she does, Hobby Lobby can do NOTHING about it. They have no say. She can get 10 abortions in the next 5 years. What does Hobby Lobby have the right to do in that case? NOTHING. They have imposed nothing on her.

That is the fatal problem with liberals and freedom – you have no fucking clue what rights are, what imposing something on another is and what it means when you encroach on another’s right. That concept is very hard to understand when you think that everything belongs to the government.
