We don't know how many millions was spent on Illegal Surveillance of The Trump Campaign, and Mueller refuses to investigate how much of this Obama shared with Hillary Clinton Campaign. They essentially were listening in to campaign meetings until Donald Trump got wind of it and started holding them in bug proof conference rooms.

BUT Alltogether $100 Million dollars directly was spent on The Dirty Russian Dossier and Billions spent on Free Advertising about it in the Radio, TV, and Internet.

So Billions spent on The Dirty Dossier to get Clinton Elected, and 4 thousand LEGALLY spent by Russia for some stupid Memes on Twitter and Facebook?

I don’t disagree with you that it stands to reason that Russia bought more than $4700 of advertising on Google, but for there to be any sort of legal ramifications, it has to be evidentiary.

What Mueller is ignoring maybe, is what was the effectiveness of the alledged meddling, and the reasoning for it by the Russians ???? Otherwise did it really warrant this expensive investigation in regards to the electorate being swayed or not by it ??

Russian alledged meddling either supports one ideology or another in America, so if Russian adds spurred on Americans to vote based upon an ideology that was accepted and practiced by Americans already, then how does this change election results if such adds could only support the ideology of Americans who embrace the accepted American ideology in which the adds targeted ??

Now if the Russians knew that the incoming candidate (who is supposed to be their alledged puppet), was dialed in on the mood and/or wants or needs of the electorate, and the meddling targeted those same needs by building the adds upon those needs and/or wants found in the electorate for a candidate supposedly beholding to them, then what was the goal after such a candidate was to be elected to power ?? Was there gonna be something in it for them after the candidate was to be elected in the same way that Obama was overheard on the open mic saying he could do more after the election for Vlad ??
