We come full circle when connecting the lab-building prompt (Heartland virus) to Crimean-Congo Hemorrhagic Fever virus (CCHF). As mentioned, Vickie, et al sat up and took notice with fatal Heartland in 2009 ticks. The vector was unusual for Pheloboviruses, a Bunyavirus vectored by phelebotomine sandflies. CCHF's (vector [italics]) does not transmit the virus above 50 deg. N latitude, the almost exact latitude of the Kharkiv lab. Therefore, it would be absurd not to attempt experiments in temperature mutants attached to a vector (migrating bird?....Mr. Fau Chi, is this getting close?) that could carry it northward over the Russian border. And Victoria Nuland claims the US is very concerned about Russia getting whatever is/was being done in those biolabs.
Nothing to see here.....looks like US Intel is popping chafe too.
Something is amiss.
