This is Russian propaganda that they feed the world to hide the truth that their objective for the past 50 years has been to do a nuclear strike on the USA and get their communist comrade nations (China, NK, Cuba, Nicaragua, etc.) to join them. There are getting close to that day now so it is imperative that they make America out to be the aggressor. We've never been weaker militarily after 8 years of Obama so why would we be seeking to attack China or Russia now? Does that make sense strategically? Simple answer? No! It's all propaganda that will later be used by the Russians to justify an invasion on the USA. My 2 cents.

We are weak as far as what we have. We haven't been able to upgrade our military gear, weapons, air crafts, missiles etc. Obama stripped it when he degraded military spending.
